Assalamu Aalaikum Wr Wb,

Did we ever wonder that when something has a place in our heart.. it becomes easy for us to give away 3 things for that person or object: time, money and our self. If we all have a respect for our fathers, or our teachers, or the ruler of our country, or the principal or dean of our college/university.. if we have respect for him, if we know that he is a good person, and we really respect him from within our hearts.. it becomes easy to obey them. We feel the urge within our self to follow their commands as soon as they are given. If we don't trust them, don't love them, and don't give them any space in our hearts, it becomes literally impossible to obey them.

Allah (سبحانه و تعالی) is our Master. If we can know who He is, how great He is, how powerful He is.. it will become impossible for us to disobey him.

When you meet somebody the very basic and mundane question you ask them is: "What is your name?" Brothers do we know the names of Allah that are printed on the first page of almost every copy of the Qur'an? If we don't know our beloved Lord's names.. how can we claim that we truly love Him? His names are those that tell us about who Allah is. These are His sifaat with which we learn about him.

اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ Az-Zumar [39:62]

Allah (سبحانه و تعالی) is the Khaaliq of every thing. He is the creator. He created you and me. Imagine you created a small toy by yourself. You will know exactly which nut or bolt you put in it and where you put it. You will remember exactly which part does what, you know how it works and you know it from the inside out. My Allah and your Allah knows you and me from the Inside out brothers. He knows every single thing that we have in us, physically and otherwise. He knows which blood cell of yours is going from which vein. Because He created us. The creator knows.

Allah is the one Who created you and me. Allah created all the things that we see around us. Did we ever wonder how complex is a small fly?

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ لَن يَخْلُقُوا ذُبَابًا وَلَوِ اجْتَمَعُوا لَهُ Al-Hajj [22:73]

Allah challenges the entire mankind to even create something as insignificant as a fly. They cannot, and surely will never be able to create it. Just look at how beautiful Creator Allah is.. its such a small fly. Its wings work as if it has a motor in it that drives those wings. For a motor to work, we need a battery too. That source of energy is also installed in it.

A fly doesn't even need a charging dock. Its such a marvellous piece of technology. Its a micro-robot that you find in every home. It has got cameras that it uses to look. It has got a central processing unit where it makes the decisions. The strangest thing about it is that its factory of production lies within it. Allah didn't need any multi-story huge building to build these flies and create more units. He is the best of the creators. He fitted its factory within it. One fly becomes the cause of creation of millions of flies.

We eat eggs everyday. Allah shows us his signs every single day. Look at the yolk and the white of the egg. What do you see? NOTHING.. absolutely nothing. Just a yellow colour and white colour. How do these two things mix together to create bones, flesh, fur, cameras (eyes), a very complex computer (brain)? How does this happen? Allah creates it! As soon as the chick hatches the egg, its computer is activated. Its eyes have 'object recognition technology' built in it. As soon as it looks at a cat, its built in data tells it that its an enemy, and the chick starts running in the opposite direction. This strange image recognition and response of the entire unit.. all coming from that white and yellow yolk.. Allah hu Akbar!

فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ Al-Mu'minun [23:14]

Allah is the most beautiful of the creators. Allah is the one who fed you and me ever since we exist. We were in our mother's wombs and Allah was feeding us there. This is because He is the Razaaq.

وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ فِي الأَرْضِ إِلاَّ عَلَى اللّهِ رِزْقُهَا Hud [11:6]

Every living thing that exists on the planet: Humans, birds, animals, species under the water are all fed by Allah (سبحانه و تعالی).. There are no colleges and universities under the seas and oceans. No taxis or banks. No shops or shopping malls. Those species don't have a college/university degree. They don't know what computers are and what it is to have a business. Yet, do we see them dying of hunger? Allah feeds them. He fed them entire their life. Birds have empty tummies in the morning.. in the evening when they return to their nests, they are not hungry. Do they have a degree? Do they go to their office? Did their parents leave them lots of property to eat from? Do they have to work 9 to 5? Who feeds them? Allah feeds them! No one else can! Let not our jobs, or degrees or shops or business deceive us from this fact. Let us know and remember that the way Allah is feeding everything else, the same way He is feeding you and me. It is not possible for anyone else to feed the entire world every single day.

Allah is the Maalik. He is the King. Allah has firm control over Everyone and Everything! Everyone is powerless besides Allah. All the clouds are not capable of raining unless Allah orders them. The sun is not capable of giving heat unless Allah orders it. Everyone besides Allah is utterly and completely dependent on Him. No body has the strength to do anything that Allah doesn't allow. If Allah wills to give respect to someone, and the entire world stands up and tries to disrespect that person, they will all fail and Allah's will is going to be implemented.

Allah is the one Who created me and then guided me. He is the one Who feeds me when I am hungry, and gives me water to quench my thirst. And when I am ill, it is He who heals me. How many years I passed not realizing He was with me all the time. He knows you and me from the inside out.

وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَى An-Najam [53:43]

Allah is the one who makes us laugh and makes us cry.

هَلْ تَعْلَمُ لَهُ سَمِيًّا Maryam [19:65]

Do you know of any one that is similar to him?

There is no one worthy of giving your heart away to.. no one worthy enough to give your life away to.. There is no one worthy of your love except Allah. If I found Allah, I found everything. If I didn't find Allah, doesn't matter what else I earned in my life, I still am a beggar. Rich is the one who found Allah. Poor is the one who kept himself busy in the makhlook all his life, and kept himself busy in making money or buying cars.. gave his love to the objects and people of the world. And never found Him. Never knew that Allah was watching him all the time. This is the real poverty.
